Dave is a USGTF certified instructor and is currently working toward his
Professional Golf Management certification through the PGA of America.
He is also an instructor with the Graves Golf Academy, teaching schools
with them across the U.S. After a 25 year career with the Prince William
County Police Department, Dave began his second career as a golf teaching
professional.
He has been teaching golf full time for the last five years. He has given
thousands of lessons in that time, both individual and group instruction.
From this experience he has fine-tuned his teaching skills in an effort to
simplify the learning process. He has a thorough understanding of the
principles of learning, and has followed this proven approach to help his
students reach new levels in their golf games.
Dave specializes in teaching the single-plane swing; the same swing made
famous by the legendary Moe Norman. Dave adopted the single-plane swing
as he found it to be much simpler and repeatable. He believes many golfers
can benefit from adopting these simpler fundamentals. Many top tour
Professionals regarded Moe as " The Best Ball Striker That Ever Lived".
Much of Dave's business comes from referrals. This speaks directly to his
ability to effectively communicate with his students as well as helping
students reach their individual goals. It is his unique teaching background and
approach to training that has brought him and his students so much success.

PGA Professionals- "Experts in the Game and Business of Golf"
Clay recently completed his training and was elected to the Professional
Golfers’ Association of America. He works closely with Dave Predzin &
the Graves Golf Academy previously as a student, and currently as an
instructor. After a 35 year career working for General Motors, Clay
pursued a lifelong dream of working as a golf teaching professional.
Most recently, Clay was the Assistant Golf Professional at Virginia National
Golf Club, in Bluemont Virginia. He taught lessons while working at
VNGC, but yearned to be a full time instructor, which is why he has come
to Broad Run Golf & Practice Facility. Clay leads the Clarke County High
School Golf Team as head coach. His teams were among the top of their
conference and won their Conference tournament this past season.

the legendary and Canadian Hall of Famer, Moe Norman. Clay adopted the
single-plane swing because he found it to be simpler and a more repeatable
swing for his students. He believes, as Dave does, that many golfers can
benefit from adopting these simpler fundamentals.
