cheduling On-Line through SmarterLessons.com

In an effort to improve our method of scheduling we have enlisted the

services of a group called Smarter Lessons. This on-line method replaces the

need for an appointment book and the sometimes frustrating task of playing

phone tag with us to schedule your lesson. We hope that the ability to

schedule or cancel a lesson on-line at any time of the day will make the

process easier and more convenient. Here is a basic guideline on how the

process works:

anywhere on

our website.

Step 1:

If you already have a user name and password

click on Login and

enter your

user name and

password

If you do not have a

user

name and

password, follow the prompt to create them.

Step 2

: For private lessons click on

Dave

or Clay's

name

from here you

can

select

the

specific type of

lesson you want

For group classes or junior

programs click on View Upcoming Groups,

Camps and Clinics

Step 3

elect a lesson type (40 minute, 60 minute, adult group class, etc)

and click submit

Step 4

calendar with available dates / times will

appear for your

instructor. Dates and times for group classes, camps and clinics are listed.

Please note that same day registration is not possible on-line

you would like to try and

schedule a lesson for that day you may call

the

Pro Shop

to see if either of

them have

anything available (703 365 244

Step 5: Select a date and time and click "submit". Your lesson type and time

will be shown. Then click on

"Book your Lesson"

You will receive an

email confirming your lesson.

If you need to cancel your lesson

please try to do so at least 24 hours in

advance using the

on-line cancellation procedure at Smarter

Lessons

emergency comes up and you must make a last minute cancellation

icon positioned at the top left hand corner of the Smarter Lessons page. He

can help guide you through the registration process.
